I'm really appreciative that the flavours I've tried are interesting AND authentic, reminding me of my parent's cooking. For example, I LOVE the Black Bean Sauce Salmon - a sauce I don't see often. Lastly, the ratio of the protein to the rice feels right.

Mi BOWL’s meal prep boxes are both delicious and nutritious! I love how well-balanced the portions are and how perfectly each meal is seasoned. I really appreciate how their meals are packed with protein and offer a variety of vegetables in each portion!

Our favorites are the miso salmon and Hong Kong style beef curry. Delivery service is on time and courteous too - you can choose Sunday or Wednesday evening deliveries.
